Payments allocated for custom developer hours, active dedicated cloud resources, completed setup fees, and technical deployments are non-refundable once resource setup or system configuration begins.
We highly recommend taking advantage of free tiers or demo links to verify system capabilities. Once premium source deliveries, setups, or dedicated servers are released, standard refunds cannot be processed.
If a transaction fails or you are charged twice due to payment gateway delays, funds are automatically reversed by the merchant partner to your source account within 5-7 business banking days.
